The health and safety of each employee is a top priority of Vital Thin Film Materials (VTFM). In June 2018 the company became certified to OHSAS18001:2007 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).

In addition to regular site-audits by our EHS team, classroom trainings and live simulations enable our employees to be more cognizant of their surroundings. VTFM empowers all employees to help identify risks, effectively communicate those risks and implement improvements to further reduce/prevent possible injuries.
